Crackling DRAWING FUN
The craziest drawing festival in the country is back on Sunday 15 September in Zirkstraat!
Drawing pudding represents a day of discovering, experimenting and searching for the boundaries of illustration & word together. Come and listen to unknown drawing talent, fish a poem from a pond or let yourself go with the drawing wall of Loods des Doods!

✎ ARTIST IN RESIDENCE : CRAZY ICE CREAM

Workshop: 1st floor Famous at 5 p.m.
This collective is a group of young illustrators from Groningen. Knetterijs consists of Douwe Dijkstra, Megan de Vos, Senne Trip, Maarten Huizing, Tsjisse Talsma, Jan Hamstra, Jaime Jacob and Kalle Wolters. Thanks to their playful character, their teamwork and expertise, Knetterijs is the ideal artist in residence for the festival.

Ever fished a poem? Or won a screen print via a fairground stall? All this is possible on Drawing Pudding! Be surprised by our awesome booths and discover new & local talent.
✎ SPEAKER'S CORNER
Ground floor Famous
Drawing pudding invites publishers Bries, Oogachtend, Wobby and BOYCOTT books to present an author and a book not to be missed. Every writer takes the floor about their work, ways of thinking and how they sometimes make pudding of their talent.

✎ WORKSHOPS
1st Floor Famous
Do you also want to roll up your sleeves and follow a workshop? Then Drawing Pudding would like to introduce you to its extensive program. Sign up for a workshop at the bottom of the page!
12:00 pm: ZINC
Together with ZINK you will collect literary material during the workshop. ZINK creates a 'story generator' with you and during the workshop you generate visual material, newspaper clippings and interviews with new literary material. ZINK activates your senses and uses them to obtain text in an accessible way.
13.30: REDO
With ecologically responsible techniques you can make your own pocketbook with REDO. the pocketbook is a handy sewn booklet where you can use banner surpluses from culture houses as beautiful and sturdy covers. With this clever sewing technique you can keep renewing your book by adding new sections yourself. In addition, you experiment with colored bookbinder's glue and we make a tear block. We provide a Swiss cover around it, showing the colorful spine of the tear block.
! Attention: this workshop costs €25 pp to participate. The workshop lasts 4 hours.
5:00 p.m.: Ice cream
Our artist in residence will make a zine with you! Hope you're not afraid of sci-fi? Because Knetterijs promises to take you to the future in this collab zine. Create your page in collaboration with others.

Shed of Death:
At Drawing Pudding, the fokovist collective Loods des Doods creates a mural with and for children that is colored by the visitors during the festival.
Atelier Van deZon:
Karen Spiessens explores the obscure corners of design with her collective Atelier Van deZon. She supervises the studios and invites other artists to share their knowledge. Today you can screen print on her carousel!
✎ ZINE MARKET & GRAPHIC BOOKS
Continuously in Zaal Zirkus
Have you visited the stalls, did workshops and had a good meal? But you're still hungry... Fear not! Visit the graphic book zine market thanks to the self-published artists and top notch publishers Bries, BOYCOTT books, Oogachtend & Wobby.
✎ GIF EXPO
Continuous 1st Floor Famous
Finally, keep your eyes peeled for our .gif expo. National and international artist submitted a moving image for this digital expo. Short, funny, colorful, flashy!
✎ DRINK & DRAW
From 7pm - 9pm
You can also 'drink & draw' to enjoy a nice meal and drink. Collaborate with well-known and unknown artists, have your drawing brightened up or messed up by a friend,... Anything is possible!
FOOD and DJ'S
Food trucks with veggie/vegan options and DJ Shangozi and Daspasfunky are here to warm up your drawing legs. At 3 pm you can enjoy the live music of Safari Andalous.
