1. We zijn allemaal verschillend en dat is meer dan ok!
Fameus is een melting pot! Dit wil zeggen dat wij een plek zijn waarin mensen met diverse achtergronden, passies en talenten samenkomen & welkom zijn.
2. Just ask, don’t assume!
Wees bewust over de verschillende referentiekaders (zoals etniciteit, gender, leeftijd, seksualiteit, religie, klasse, beperkingen, die eigen kunnen zijn aan de mensen rondom je.
3. Respect verdient iedereen!
Bij Fameus zorgen we voor een respectvolle behandeling van elkaar en streven we naar zowel
4. Ongepast gedrag is niet welkom.
Grensoverschrijdend gedrag en communicatie in de vorm van o.a. racisme, seksisme, discriminatie, ongewenst seksueel gedrag etc. worden bij Fameus niet getolereerd.
5. Ga bewust om met elkaars gegevens!
Aarzel niet om aan te geven of te vragen welke informatie (foto’s, gsm-nummers,...) over jou of anderen al dan niet gedeeld mogen worden.
6. Bij Fameus doen we aan shared responsability!
Kom voor elkaar op of meld het aan een verantwoordelijke wanneer je iets ziet gebeuren dat niet oké is.
7. Fouten maken is oké!
Bij Fameus geloven we in ademruimte en leerprocessen: fouten maken is oké zolang je eruit leert beter handelt in het vervolg en iedereen de ruimte geeft om te zijn.

Do not hesitate to indicate or ask what information (photos, cell phone numbers, etc.) about you or others may or may not be shared.
6. At Fameus we do shared responsibility!
Stand up for each other or report it to a supervisor when you see something happening that is not okay.
7. Making mistakes is okay!
At Fameus we believe in space to breathe and learning processes: making mistakes is okay as long as you learn from them, act better in the future and give everyone space to be.
